Excellent value for money - Lovely room and ensuite facilities - superb buffet breakfast. Location about 5 min walk from bus stop in nearby road nos 11, 12 and 13 bus from the centre of Verona. Location 45 mins walk in to centre

About 5 mins walk from Bus stop in via G.V.Zeviani for the 11, 12 & 13 frequent service. (90's night service)

The staff were all very efficient and friendly (from reception to housekeeping to barman). The rooms were clean and comfortable, including the beds. In terms of location it was 2-3 kilometers from Verona centre but easily reacheable by a very efficient and frequent bus service, taxi or hotel shuttle (latter for the opera).

although coffee was supplied in the room no cups were provided . obtaining them proved difficult.

Top Tip

A visit to the ampitheatre to see a opera is a amazing experiance , the hotel provides transport, well worth the cost ,as the opera fineshes late in the evening.

It would be useful to give customers specific instructions on how to access the hotel both by public transport and by car. We had difficulties in finding it especially with neither of us able to speak italian. We did approach the information desk at the train station who gave us the correct bus numbers. We showed the driver what the lady at the information desk had written with regards to where we were going to, but he was very unhelpful and told us he was not going in that direction and yet we we were on the correct bus. So we had to get off the bus. having asked a few people, a very helpful young lady took the trouble to get on another bus and explained to the driver were we where going to even though she spoke no English. She understood us.

Interesting place to visit. Loads of places to eat. Public transport good once you know where you are going.
