The Martini Hotel is housed in two different buildings: the Martini and its annex, the Piccolo. The main building is a contemporary, glass-fronted, 5-storey block. The interior is modern but not terribly distinctive, with a conventional open-plan area comprising functional reception, neat little bar/lounge and somewhat clinical breakfast area. The hotel offers a Continental style buffet breakfast every morning. The 40 air-conditioned guestrooms feature simple modern decor in cool blues and greys, complemented by light oak furniture. The en suite bathrooms have hairdryers and heated towel rails as well as courtesy gift sets. There is also a fitness centre for those who like to exercise, as well as a sauna and massage treatment room. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Roman Arena during the opera season.
