The hotel is located near the centre of Verona, roughly 2 kilometres away from Piazza Bra and its famous Arena. There are regular buses to the city centre and the bus stop is in front of the hotel.

The Leopardi Hotel is housed in a fairly unremarkable modern building, dating from the mid-1980s. The bright, spacious lobby is enhanced by pine fittings and features a generous seating area adorned with plenty of decorative greenery. Completely renovated in 2003, the 81 medium-sized, soundproofed guestrooms feature wooden floors, modern furnishings and pastel décor. All are clean and well maintained, as are the functional en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a rich American-style buffet every morning in its breakfast room. “La Ginestra” restaurant, located on the ground floor, serves both international cuisine and regional specialities. There are also nine meeting rooms offering up to 150 seats.
